If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with cancer, you may have many questions about the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options. Your oncology team will help with those questions.
The treatment of cancer often includes multiple forms such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and biological therapy.
Factors such as the type and stage of the cancer, your overall health, and your personal views about healthcare will determine which treatment is right for you. Each cancer type can respond differently to different types of treatment. Your cancer care team will work with you to decide which treatment options are right for your unique situation.
